FUNC.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

FUNC. is dedicated to improving your ability to move load efficiently, function and develop useful strength, body awareness, midline strength and fitness through the use of real-world body movements.

MOBILITY

RANGE OF MOVEMENT

MOBILITY sessions allow you to break up an intense week of exercise and give something back to your body. This is great session to keep you in check and moving pain free.

KIDS & SENIORS

TRAINING FOR ALL AGES

No matter how young or old at heart you are, functional training is for everyone. We run regular Little FUNCers and Teen FUNCers during the school term and weekly Functional Seniors designed to build strength, balance and confidence in our older population.

ONE ON ONE

PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 personal training is a committed journey. It won’t always be easy, but it will be fun. All you need to do is decide it’s time for you to make a change for the better and our specialist team of coaches will be there to assist you every step of the way.

ADVENTURE

GET BACK TO NATURE

ADVENTURE sessions get you back to nature and put the skills that you have developed in the gym, to some use. Typical ADVENTURE sessions include local and interstate mountain hikes and trips to the beach with a variety of outdoor activities and challenges in between.

BORIS

STRENGTH TRAINING

BORIS will not only make you strong, it will also help your overall strength development, workout times and recovery. Our BORIS classes focus on grinding movements such as squats, deadlifts, different forms of presses and rows.

OLY

OLYMPIC LIFTING

OLY will improve your Clean, Jerk, and Snatch. We do a large variation of assistance exercises that will help improve these components of your training. OLY is a ballistic and dynamic application of strength. We will place emphasis on your mobility and structure as well as timing and precision.

ATHLETE TRAINING

FUNC. Performance programming is designed to get athletes prepared for their next competition or simply for life athletes who are looking for that extra challenge in the gym. If you’ve got a goal you’d like to crush, FUNC. Performance is for you.

FYF

CONDITIONING

These sessions are inspired by the infamous Gym Jones FYF sessions and aren’t like any other conditioning class you’ve seen before. Sessions consist of a strength skill component followed by a workout that will challenge you not only physically, but mentally.
