Do you have motivation?
Are you aware of your goals?
If you only do things when you feel like it you might find that you’ll get hardly anything done! 🤭
This is not about switching off your emotions, this is about pointing to the fact that sometimes we won’t feel like training, or looking at our finances or eating our planned meals.
However we need to think- “What is really important to me in the long term, Not the short-term right now… Am I just giving into my current state?” 😈👻☠️🤡💩
Is it possible that if I just warmup that this will actually in fact change my state That I will then move towards my goal? ☄️
Is it possible that if I eat what I planned first and then see if I’m still hungry afterwards that this would move me closer towards my goal? 🥩🥦🍚
Be careful with letting your feelings dictate your actions. ☹️🍪
It doesn’t mean you should ignore, it means you should really enquire.
“What is it that I want long-term?”
And based On that answer is this going to help or is this going to hurt? ✅🛑
