AJ is a Director and Head of all things coaching and programming at FUNC. He has been in the industry for over 12 years and his methodic, scientific and flexible approach to his coaching has seen him support numerous clients in achieving a variety of different goals in and out of the gym.

AJ's approach to training is very much how he approaches life. One session he may be pulling sleds and squatting sandbags and other he may be doing bicep curls and heavy deadlifts. He keeps it flexible and enjoyable, then specifically focused when it needs to be.
